I personally stick to smaller studios and 1bds in my local market but great to hear other success strategies for other markets.

Hi @Marc Shin - A new Universal Studios is being built in Frisco TX (a suburb of Dallas) that I find interesting.

I am thinking of installing one in a studio apartment.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

Buying a toaster, printer ink, not much emption to it, hence Amazon dominance.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).
