Is this the right place to alos meet contractors as well as real estate investors?

Tenants undervalue the aloe of utilities and you typically cannot receive a rent that fully compensated for the cost of the solar.

Our loan ended up falling through and the sellers agent sent me a contact for a lady who works at a bank who is good at “rescuing loans” I called that lady and I also called Amerisave where a close friend is a LO.

According to Elite Personal Finance, in 2021 the safest places to live in California were Clayton, Lafayette, Imperial, and Palos Verdes Estates. 

My wife and I still have a house in Palos Verdes Estates and it is a constant conversation about if we should sell it or not. 

@ Ari HadarA renter under a LO may (negotiable with seller) get a credit toward the down payment eg $1,000 rent every month and $200 is credited by the seller to the buyer's down payment (so $2400 per year).
