LOL They don't have Frats but you could sell it to the college as an admissions building?

I would say that is free but my cost of admission was my investment which I made from my 401k.

I don't want to parrot all the benefits that we can all see on the membership page, but suffice to say, the private messaging, downloads, ads, advanced member search, et al, is 100 fold worth the price of admission.  

My guess is that you don't have any suggestions on where to invest because by your own admission in another thread on this site, all your properties are within, what was it, 15 miles of your home?

By your own admission, the house is worth $60K.

That was a few months ago but at Christmas I gave him what I gave everyone else this year - movie passes for two adult admissions plus coke and popcorn.
