If you have not found a good investment before you decide to move - renting a few months will allow you great flexibility.

By chance I was in the office of a top mover and shaker in town and saw a card taped to his desk that said "If you don't take a chance, you don't stand a chance."

The day before closing, which is when the movers came to pick up the items of the house, the owner calls me at 6pm, several hours after the movers have left and delivered the stuff to storage, and says the movers didn't get everything so they were in the house trying to pack all of these big items in to a car smh.

The strategy of talking to movers, park managers, etc & scouring Facebook marketplace (craigslist use seems to be dying off) locally could / does eventually pay off, but again I am wondering if I can find better deals by broadening my search.I wonder if anyone has insight as to where in the country real deals (sub 10k?

I chose to move rates one time to within $25 of the market.

There's a similar place down by me in Aberdeen called The Addison Park which looks similar to a mansion and is now a wedding venue.

Either case you simply move, rent out your unit and now you have $3000 rent coming in and $2669 going out......easy peasy!!!

with average home prices nationwide being what they are  its a 1k  credit  for amazon products not sure that is a market changer or mover..
