They have decent prices (not sure what shipping charges are for appliances though).I rely on my property managers with relation to washer/dryer determination.

@Chris Seveney and @Bruce Woodruff I don't mind used but I want to be sure that the original item was good quality, not something poorly made that was originally drop shipped from Wayfair.

We run that very ship here in VA :) At the end of the day it comes down to a level of comfort.

Any advice out there for starting a storage business using shipping storage containers?

The former knows square footage, 3-phase power, loading dock heights, NNN leases, zoning, etc.A business broker will drill down DEEPLY on the seller's financials and develop a formula that dictates a market price for the business. 

If you're building a basic 3 or 4/2 for LTR purposes, with nothing but builder grade finishes, no pool, no dock, etc, the waterfront feature isn't going to increase your rent significantly, if at all.

They run a tight ship, they have a solid team and charge very reasonable rates.

They are for the most part "National Homes"  (Google it) Prefabricated sections shipped in and assembled on a slab.

You can have packages shipped to the address as well.
