@Ned Carey There aren't really any good comps in the area for a house this size and the rentals I do are high quality (granite, new cabinets, tiled bathrooms, hardwoods, modern finishes etc.)

Are there modern boilers that can automate this? 

Would you leave them on lower-priced homes and replace with something more modern on higher-end flips?
