I was merely reaching out to BP with an interesting case I came across to see if anyone had a similar situation or story they could share.It’s a real estate forum.

You don't need to sell anyone or be pushy, but merely mention what you do and be conversational.

In retrospect, I was merely pontificating about the prospects for the future unaware--until recently--that I could have profited and still can profit.

This is merely a suggestion based on my observations, but rental properties near a military base are a great investment.

I don't think anyone is going to say that any group of professionals is inherently evil in any way, merely that they may be good or bad at certain aspects of their careers...anyways, peace to all!

Merely tell the party that hosed you (if they really did) that;"If this is not rectified within 5 business days I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE how you failed to handle the situation; this includes people I meet; at church, at Little League, at PTA, at Lodge, in line at Starbucks or the grocery, at the bus stop, on forums at our local community bulletin board.

Having an LLC isn't like a lucky rabbit's foot, merely having it doesn't do anything for you.

Because you need to eat, and if you do not feel like you need to work everyday and that you NEED to be successful, mere wanting won't get you anywhere. 

I've seen some other signs that we may overbuilt (remember - this is anecdotal and merely a caution that requires investigation to determine its validity or lack of validity and is related only to A properties at the moment - my vacancy rate on C properties typically runs about 5% - 10% with aggressive management and strong screening).   

Hey Aaron,I think many BP members are cringing at the mere thought of the "pay 25k and we lead you to the promise land" propaganda that these programs often attempt to sell.
