Bus, unless the properties are posted in some sort of auction fashion, part of the issue could be that the bank simply hasn't responded to your offer(s), if you're hearing crickets.One suggestion, since we know the squeaky wheel gets the grease, is to approach this the same way you would direct mail, with multiple touches on each offer. 

I don't know the laws about this in Michigan, but that's the way it was in AZ when I owned a park there - personal property can usually be taken for past due rent in a similar fashion to property left in a mini storage unit.Much of what I just shared would be irrelevant if the home sale includes fee simple title to the land.

I've had to tell the landlords "no, you're going to lose because your 'accounting' isn't up to snuff" or "no, you're going to lose because you did not provide a certain type of required common law notice" or "no, you're going to lose because you also breached the agreement in some form or fashion".

Ideally the company  name should be beside or below your signature.Signing you name to documents in the appropriate fashion is one of the formalities you must follow to avoid and LLC being pierced.Keep in mind, you are always responsible for your own actions, even when done on behalf of the company.
