While you're at it, add an outrageous electrical modification/ meter jumping fee to discourage data mining and grow hacks. 

Hope you find the BP community as inclusive and helpful as I have since I joined a couple of years ago.Of course networking is vital, which for us meant reaching out at every opportunity both with in the BP world and in our local community. 

However, once I started typing, my thoughts changed and I continued  without a modification of the heading.  

Proper tennant screening and ongoing tennant "training" is vital especially the training with college students who are often first time tennants.

The intended design is a modification of a "Katrina Cottage," small and space-efficient.

Am I missing some vital website here?

Maybe work with a loan modification company and see if they are able to get a loan mod. reconveyance, restructuring done for you.

SC laws provide tenants a right to request modifications and landlord has an obligation to make the changes (and optionally pass the cost to the tenant) or provide a reason why they can not make the modification. 

After making 4 or five modifications and waiting to see results, the last was simply removing my picture.
