If you want to know that you are making progress, I'd suggest writing letters to those 57 people which would cost you all of roughly $30 with stamps, basic envelopes and some paper.

Reese,You should be able to have it so that the cleaners can get to the form each time, you can even do it for maintenance, have the contractor fill out the form, it all goes back to your main page which becomes your database and records for the property because it would all be dated and time stamped.

And if you send a mailer out that way every couple of weeks you could be wasting a lot of money not realizing you have the wrong list or mailer or strategy.So, my experience is that you should send postcards that you have preprinted that your VA puts labels and stamps on and you send to a specific group.
