My belief is to tell people HOW you can benefit them, don't feed them any BS, and do what you promise.

I am of the belief that most Landlords get inflated ideas in their head because they get one big payday every couple of years which makes $$ versus the small dollars they make on cash flow.

Ethics is not really you religious convictions, but ethical conduct includes religious standards, no to steel, pay as agreed, keeping a promise, no lying, don't deceive, treat others as you want to be treated.

I believe @Michael Quarles or @Sharon Vornholt practice this religiously. 

It is my belief that you've just bought a rental property and your first tenants are the people that already lived there and failed to make payments.

They need the following:Learn the transactional part of the many different real estate strategies and dealsImplement the business systems to scale the businessLearn how to raise capital, and become an expert at this.Do an effective job of marketingOvercome their own limiting beliefs Learn and practice advanced negotiation skills.It's rare that a single company can provide you with all of the above.

Regardless of your religious beliefs, at what point does this not sound completely ridiculous and unethical?

Clearly you're confident in your beliefs, but without independent data to support what you're saying, your confidence doesn't translate to "fact".

Both escrows are held with the same company and same escrow officer..It is my belief that they facilitate this for me because of the hundreds of deals I have done with them...

That's only my belief though.
