When I meet with a big property whether it be a Hotel (privatley owned/franchised) or multifamily, I do provide the PM with a breakdown of everything and install my products free of charge to show how it works while displaying confidence.Now im not saying I havent had success with PM companies, but come to the conclusion of what Jon and Nathan pointed out "what incentive do they have?".

I personally have not rented to any Section 8 renter since the program has been discontinued, but I know of other landlords who are and they all say that since the program has been discontinued, Section 8 renters are on much better behavior than even normal renter.

For instance if a private lender wants to earn your business they should have a page where they display deals they have "Funded" not closed.

Yes, they save 10% a month but they don't know the law, they don't know how to screen, they don't know how to manage bad behavior, they don't know the market and rent too low, etc.

Not trying to start a Zoho vs Podio war but I tend to like the way Zoho displays information better and I think it does an excellent job of maintaining and organizing lead communication history (the most important feature in my opinion).With the introduction out of the way my main question(s) could actually probably relate to both systems.
