It's not just the electrician expense here, were talking plenty of demo, drywall and paint too. $6k or so for siding, there is three layers now and somehow it still leaks.How much we at now?

Bruce is right:  by pick up the job I meant it seemed like things were in the demo/opened up stage and someone could inspect and triage without having to undo too much work.

We are demoing at our own pace because we're doing it on our own, but I really need the property insured before we have crews move in to do renovations.
