Many of the other units in my building including owner-occupied, and recent rentals have black refrigerators, laminate countertops, and basic light fixtures, however, Bronzeville rents appear to be rising and there are many units in the neighborhood with better finishings.

There is about 10 inches separating the counter top where the sink is located from the stove, so a tenant would not be able to stand directly in front of their sink when using it.

As I went inside roaches were crawling across the floor, walls, counter tops, everywhere.Since the previous tenants never mentioned roaches to me, I immediately called them and asked if they knew about the infestation.
