Lots of lakes, rivers, mountains, white water, fishing, rock climbing, good place to hang glide, etc.Nashville is bigger and is growing faster. 

Give yourself permission to go fishing on occasion (or similar) merely to strategize by yourself.

People are not careful and run too much grease down the drain and sewer clogs up, or baby drops a plastic lid in toilet that plugs sewer, $1200 later the plumber fishes it out after sewage backed up and ruined $1000 of carpet.

I did spend one entire winter skiing at Big white and learned to fish the Kamloops Plauteu and still go up there 2 to 3 times a year.

Then he said well can I make it 8pm, I said what, he then replied well I am out on a lake ice fishing then have to go bowling after this.

Probably a combination of issues; perhaps "fishing in the wrong pond" for subs, a few miscommunications with a quote from a sub based on a description as opposed to an actual inspection,  from an owner that, not being an AC person may miss relevant issues, are these new or used units, did the handler "fit" into the enclosure, etc.  

heads up for rollzI played full time for 1 year, I wasn't good enough to pull good money and was miserable (fish on a heater 100%) so moved on, my hourly plummeted when I went full time, glad I tried thought.

Best towns around MT i think would be good investment areas would be Missoula, Butte, white fish, Helena.I know someone is going to mention Bozeman but I personally think the real estate there is over priced.The desirable area in Missoula would be the South hills but if you can get a killer deal closer to the University i would say jump on it.
