California and Vancouver Canada are inundated with wealthy Chinese fleeing (or hedging their bet) by establishing residence in the United States and Canada.

If all of your wealth is tied up in one LLC, however, that's a problem.

Only the rich can go bankrupt and still remain very wealthy. lol

I'm about to start a double flip so my exercise regimen and diet always suffers.

My biggest concern is eating the left overs fast enough to get back to a normal diet next week.  

Keep in mind that the higher end areas (prime SF, Palo Alto, atheron, etc.) decouple to a certain degree from the unemployment rate (wealthy people with equity and a lot of money aren't selling homes under duress as fast as regular folks.)J.

Start small, learn the game, and get those properties working to make you wealthy.
