Plenty of money being poured into businesses in the local area, and that is something you love to see, and there are many more projects currently going on Downtown that I haven't mentioned in this post.High Point is home to NC's top tourist attraction of the year The Qubein Children's Museum, something interesting I didn't know.High Point's largest employers are Ralph Lauren employing about ~2,600 people and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist employing ~2,100.High Point's premier school is High Point University, which as of 2020 report 5,617 students with a 98.4% full time student rate.

Hi GuysA friend did not have any income for the last 2 years to family circumstances,He was able to get a loan prior to that quite easy, he also has a decent amount of cash in the bank-Given he will need a guarantor to sign his loan should the bank refuse-Will I , as a non US resisent Yet I have tourist visa and a US bank account be able to sign as his guarantor?

If there aren't any hotels in the area there probably isn't enough of a tourist market to support them....or you. 2-4 week "work-cations" are still a thing for the work-from-home crowd if fast solid internet is avail.
