Deeding a property in their personal name to a LLC.Why, because you now have additional costs and are getting no asset protection since your LLC didn’t buy the property (and 99% of the time the mortgage is still in borrowers name).Other wasted costs tied to this is starting holding companies and all these complex entity setups to “hide” your name (side note unless you are a movie star or professional athlete no one cares about who you are or where you live.Ps not an attorney or cpa

From helping me with my first deal, to reality T.V. star.

He also has five star rating on Google  with about 200 reviews.  

Many investors have unrealistic expectations when it comes to PMs, so the best a PM can hope for is that their clients feel satisfied, you will not get many 5 star reviews as a PM.Best you can do is ask around at meetings, you will start to see patterns.

No one leaves a 5 star review that says "they processed my payment on time, 5 stars out of 5!"

My wife runs our STR and she is a rock star on making the guests feel welcome and that all their needs are met/exceeded. 

We self manage and get 5 star reviews all the time. 

But could a PM be rock star enough to warrant a 14% rate?
