Your regular friends won't have any input about tenant issues, or suggestions with rehabs, or about screening, or if they do-- it's probably just emotionally based on not helpful. .... so when all your spare time is devoted to real estate, who can you talk to that's just as obsessed and addicted?...

Looking at houses that cost the same or less than a car in 2018 seems unbelievable.

California also has the highest number of homeless, and drug addicts, sleeping in the parks and roadways, openly doing drugs on the city streets and parks, etc.

I found the BP podcast and forums not too long ago and I am ADDICTED!

I don't gamble in any other way and it's certainly not an addiction.

I can tell you for a fact that the vast majority of these people living in tents are drug addicts, mentally ill, or a combination of both.

Many self medicate and are addicts.
