Remember the rubber band effect, the center of DFW will stretch as it grows, and when it bounces back, the new downtown will be that area, the hub between 35/Tollway/75 and the I635.

The cost difference between the two could easily stretch into the six figure range.

Orange County, were Universal is, does not allow STR, so they will be forced into hotels or making the drive from the the Davenport/Kissimmee area and that stretch of highway is brutal!

I'm finding it easier to meet my Criteria in NB just because rents are similar and tax rates are almost .005-.0075 lower and lower house prices.I'll open my search back up to the entire Austin to S.A. corridor - you're right, theres deals to be had through that whole stretch!
