The moral to this story is that I believe many lenders will expedite short sales when probate is involved.I’ll keep you all posted on my progress once the house gets completed.

I'm sure the morals and ethics of the company must be respected, but each franchisee is different.

Always keep in mind the basic operating business principals:Increase revenue (if possible)Decrease expensesEither way, strive to keep revenue greater than expenses without sacrificing quality and service.Finally, have a  firm conviction that one must care for all money coming in and operate in a moral and ethical manner.These will be your greatest assets.Just my $.02.
