I really can't get over the helpfulness of this community.I appreciate your candidness here, and that's part of the reason I'm part of this community - I frankly don't really know what I'm doing right now, I'm drinking from a firehose, and making assumptions about what can be accomplished in a relatively short period of time.

I've heard more than one person equate it to drinking from a fire hose.We are working on a solution to this issue, and when we have it, you can be sure we'll make a huge announcement.

I don't know about all the scams but the one I'm trying to manage gave a option for a credit card line.If you need this line of credit card/cards to pay for the course, STOP enjoy the speech and maybe free drinks then take all that motivation that got you in that hot seat and go sit on google sourcing education for a week or so until you start your own plan of ways to achieve success.

Provided you are not a wall-flower and just go stand in the corner with your drink, you should meet some good people that can help you.

The husband did not like this one bit and turned to drinking, destroying our property and not paying rent as a form of sport.

The first pillar is avoiding unnecessary and risky activities (don't drink and drive, insurance generally won’t cover your poor decisions) and take good care of your investments(maintain your property, etc) - these simple steps will help you prevent lawsuits before they even occur.

Reading BP is drinking from a fire hydrant, especially when it comes to investing in Denver and Colorado Springs. 

If you want to find a Real, "Handyman" or a guy who actually knows how to build a house from the ground up and will work for an Hourly Rate, who has a Driver's License and doesn't Drink Beer on the JOB and a Truck and Tools and is Honest and does not charge you for Time he did not Work...Dream On.
