Hi everyone, I am a crisis interventionist and case manager working in the recovery industry.

The dominos are set up that you do not have an action until after they have taken their action, and you left enough time in the line for your lender to work without creating a crisis for him.

This is becoming a big crisis and may be the next "crash". 

Apparently something about the mortgage crisis few years back has the banks scared on this topic as well.Yes I do have rentals in LLC's but for now I don't see too much benefit in doing that.  

@Bryan Clement Not everyone is presented with the same opportunities as you, if they were, there wouldn’t be a student debt crisis.

In fact, the economic crisis itself hasn't negatively affected all rental markets.

Country has an unsurmoutable hill to climb with the debt and only 3 choices.1. declare BK2. reduce spending3. raise taxes     Unfortunately, only # 1 will solve the crisis, imo. and they'll never do # 2 (that is their power) so that leaves only # 3.

Recently been focused on providing "Stated Income" commercial loans funded by hedge funds since the banking crisis and regulatory changes of 2007-2008.  

I have foreclosures on my record from just about a year ago from 2 investment properties I got into just prior to the housing crisis.
