I live in Boston and am an aspiring buy-and-hold-investor.

My goal is to share whatever knowledge i may have (though it may be limited now), and to learn and absorb as much as i can from the people who i aspire to be like one day.

Being new to investing in general, let alone RE investing, it's hard for me to know what are realistic goals to aspire to.
