I came to BP a take the chance and opportunity to NETWORK. I'm very focused, dedicated and motivated to learning and mastering all I can about wholesaling real estate through probates. I've quickly learned that this can be less successful just by me working alone. I'm seeking a Mentor, someone who is already where I aspire to be, willing to teach me the in's and out's at an accelerated pace. I'm also here to communicate wholesalers ( for any tips or advice for a "newbie") and investors ( to find out the property desired, price range flexibility and to create a actively robust buyers list).
