My demographic tends to be a set of grandparents with their adult children and grandchildren, so I am planning on having space to cater for the grandparents and parents downstairs & kids upstairs.  

Our 30 day guests of 2 adults just moved out and the beds have all been pissed on, a box spring has a nasty white film spilled on it, everything has a smokey film on it, sofa has huge stain that they tried to cover up but no success and the best part….

I also find that I limit the number of occupants to one more than the number of bedrooms, regardless of age (so normally two adults for one room and one child/baby for each additional bedroom).  

First let me say, if just 1 extra guest or say one extra adult and a small child I'm not worried about that, I am talking excessive guests beyond the max occupancy of my cabin.  

I wasn't happy that his workers showed up without safety glasses and needed some adult supervision.

For a year I've been saving cash (after graduating college and getting my first adult job) to buy a new car. 

Two adults means more household income which I find is safer if one loses their job.
