Does anyone have insight on market potential in Elizabeth City, NC.

Furniture (King bed, queen bed, futon, end table, kitchen table w/ chairs, patio furniture)Decor (vases, wall decor, rugs, lamps, art)Amenities (coffeemaker with mugs and fixin's, silverware, plate/cups/bowls, cleaning products/tools, new towels, etc)I could list so many more. 

@Jason BoritzThe NYC market is large and you may want to further identify which market you want to invest in.NYC has 5 boroughs - Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island.

Other areas that appeal to house-hackers are in the South parts of Queens and Brooklyn.That being said, these forums are a great place to get your questions answered.

I think Queens is a nice idea.
