I would love feedback on other investors' experiences with tiny homes.

I just did 😂 tiny houses and cabins and countryside inns in the middle of Europe Plus I'd imagine small towns have a special word of mouth charm.

I am looking into tiny houses for airbnb myself. 

The upstairs is tiny so we furnished it.

We purchased our cabin about 3 years ago and then last year just bought the lot across the street from our cabin in which we are putting on a tiny home for this summer.  

I bought two tiny houses <800 sq ft in the Osage Fisk North area 1 year ago.

@Katie Miller I owned B& Bs for 24 years and the king sized rooms always booked first unless I had a budget traveler who would then take the tiny room with the queen sized bed and the bathroom in the hallway that was about $50 less.

I am looking to purchase my first out-of-state rental property later this year and came across a promising tiny house (2 bd, 1 bath, about 500 sq ft.) in Athens, GA for under market value and wanted to get some opinions on whether or not it would be a good property for me to BRRRR or Airbnb.

We're being quoted over $7,000 to repair damage done to a tiny house in Michigan by the very first tenant that was put there by the same people. 

While living there we bought a tiny studio and did medium-term rentals in it.
