Lots of spam on the forums.

Low and behold, my outbound call bank of numbers were coming up as "suspected spam".

What i did was post in our office facebook group that there are two FSBO's up my block and i would like some help tackling them being a new agent, and it worked. 

Looking back, tackling the investments one at a time until they were paid for in the beginning slowed the investment cycle down for us, but it allowed up to make good decisions (and cash offers) on future home investments, which is really a wonderful freedom to have when making buying choices.

And the comments in the show tackle a lot of what you're looking for in a direct mail campaign. 

Constant SMS spam but I never reply to those.
