Rather than being evil and selfish as a socialist might characterize it, it is the driving force that has created incredible prosperity and a standard of living many times greater than our ancestors could imagine.Bob will move on to making more homes because another investor, Claire, was happy to purchase the building.

You have to be willing to go to $0 and have the confidence that you can still be happy and prosper again.

My advice to you and what I also told my son, finish school first. 4 years go by fast so finish your undergrad in a field that you know, you will prosper from.

That to me is a pretty offensive statement to a family that is making sure that their family will be able to prosper in the future with great net worth by working their butts off to achieve their goals.   

I'd say set yourself up with a solid foundation so that your real estate activity can flourish into a prosperous career.
