@Michael Lathrop -I am just setting up my online presence and it seems there is no all in one system out there.

I have worked for free for another  millionaire real estate investor, with absolutely nothing gained other than to be in that presence and show myself that it is possible and achievable.

Outside of that, the Waynesboro/Greencastle area is solid but the population and job markets is much lower than that of Hagerstown/Washington County.Thurmont is more backwoods and there are rumors that there is a strong racist group presence in the area (just rumors though).

The risk appears very low given the guarantee (the presence of the auth), so I would think the interest rate could be fairly low as well.

Hi @Josie Stephens - I have been listening to the Rent to Retirement podcast recently and they have a big presence in the Akron market and I even saw some of the renovations on those properties and they are turnkey ready.

I need to buy soon due to a move (with an eye towards future rental and cashflow/mortgage paydown), but am planning for the buying opportunities the recession will present.One note: mixed economies with a military presence (especially in this increasingly troubled time in the world) can both provide opportunities to invest and weather the storm.Best of luck to all, and may you learn to make your own luck.

Any half-way decent home inspector would have noticed the missing head flashing over the windows and also would have pulled back the vinyl siding at a lap joint to look for the presence of the required Weather Resistant Barrier or WRB aka Tyvek.
