I personally wouldn't invest with Grant Cardone.He's just a marketing machine who's focus is selling his programs.His syndicated deals are likely just like any other program he sells.The whole "Guru" thing and buying into the hype just isn't for me.

What allowed me succeed was Glenn had an awesome direct mail marketing machine, and even had an appointment setter, so I just needed to get my car and go talk to 3 to 4 sellers everyday.

Let's see those numbers and keep the machine moving!!

I have a marketing machine now and will send out 12,000 pieces of direct mail this year.  

Not necessarily the "set it and forget it" passive cash-flow machine.

Given the age of the machine, it's reached the end of it's useful life and probably would have had problems within the term of her tenancy.
