I have a tenant who lives on one of these "warzone" streets and she complains about how dangerous the neighborhood is--but whenever she elaborates, it turns out she is actually complaining about a constant police presence breaking up rowdy teenage parties.

Somewhat regional and have huge presence in Canada.  

I am going to build an app that does PM work and couple it with a tele-presence robot. 

I'm currently in Davnille, PA and there isn't really a presence in my area on BP, or at least i haven't been able to find it.

@Chris Harmen Create an awesome real estate "educational website" then build a online presence with profiles, videos and great epic-wow content on that site.

The plan is to inform the seller of the costs as well as the requirements to disclose the presence of mold if reactivated on the MLS.

I just finished having lunch with a new contact who is making big waves buying and selling flooded houses, but he is the old school type that probably will not be gracing Bigger Pockets with his presence because he is too busy out buying houses.  

I like the idea of presence a couple times among on the property.

Not only that, they now have a responsibility to provide fire and police protection, in this area that could mean the police presence goes up, manpower hours increase answering calls and assets set aside for such services.
