i'm with you marc..dont' trust the smartkeys...the guy at lowe's saw my ring of keys and tried to sell me on them...until he broke the tool or the lock..cant' remember which....i feel if i can easily rekey it, so could anyone else...not good..i'll stick with my keychains and eventually get motivated and organized enough to master!

Took equipment (after a call to local dealers) and a champion quarter horse stud (after calling a relative who also had some champion qrt. horses who knew the horse and would buy it).

That way it never rings your cell phone and goes straight to voicemail.There may be other ways, but thats what I do.

most of the time it's cheaper to buy a new item than to store this crap. i just store plumbing replacement parts, one of each... toilet guts, wax ring, garbage disposal, etc.

As for hearing of these guys... they are always sending emails for webinars and properties so the question should be has anyone successfully accomplished profitable deals with them and the one person on this forum that indicated they did also stated numbers that are not realistic.As a financial planner for 30 years there is an old adage that that I've always told my clients that  rings true.
