- To be absolutely clear here, we have no issues regarding race, sex, sexual orientation, or religion, or anything of that nature.... but we would strongly prefer to not rent to a family with young children.

I am not a lawyer, but I looked around a little at the general advice for similar situations.Assuming there is not abuse, it will be next to impossible to evict a husband until the divorce is final.  

My 9-5 is a bus operator for the mta and improving service is a long shot not to say it can't happen over time the mta is just like any other business they try to cut cost and control expenses and in the mix of that service is affected

It blows my mind how many guys will buy these lists from a list broker when they're weeks if not months old and abused at that point. 

The tax lien owner could abuse their right and overcharge or make unnecessary repairs.    

I think though in reality because of the abuses in that " wholesaling business" and what the gurus preach.. the regulators in many states are going to follow or start to enforce the laws on the books..  

Another interesting thing to throw in here is that I used to have a good friend of mine, she was a tat artist, that would do cover-up tats for women that had been physically assaulted in domestic violence, so they would never have to look at the scar their abuser put on them OR to reconstruct their face from being attacked.

If I initially spoke with the tenants my self and they acted abusive I would react by trying to “nail” them and throw them out whatever the cost.

On the other hand, imposing emergency orders when you are 10 months in and legislatures are in session is problematic at best and an abuse of power at worst.
