also since parking lots don't have visible address, try finding the building closet to it and look for it on the GIS map.

@Kyle Sorrels in my experience talk to realtors and other investors in this area, it counts as another bedroom as long as it has a window and a closet/cabinet that you added yourself.

Two sliding closet doors are missing, there are holes in the wall that were not appropriately patched and most importantly there are areas on the wooden floor that is damaged.

Otherwise, my tip would be to get a couple kerosene portable heaters and keep your furnace turned off!
