The problem with that is the ductwork is sized too small , it would be fine with fossil fuel heat , but not a heat pump .

I know the cost of gas has gone up 200-300 percent in the last 25 years, I would have to confirm electricity rates but im guessing something similar.The fact is that fossil fuels are on their way out.
