The other occupants would be me (I travel weekly for work... home 3 days per week max), and a woman with an infant and a toddler (her lease states water is included anyway).

She is a older woman and her husband is a pastor of a church.

Also, I know a woman who has had particular success in telling the sellers that they can leave anything in the house they'd like.

It was build in 1920 in a cute little neighborhood but what made this neighborhood not so cute was the house I bought. 

In my sleuthing I found out who owns the property, she is a 90 yr old woman who lives in another town nearby. 

I knocked on a door and asked a woman, "Hello, this is a strange question, but would you like to sell your home?"

The only things supported and legal in California are coming here illegally, *****ing on the sidewalk, piles of used drug needles, going into the woman's restroom with a full length beard, and knowingly passing along a sexually transmitted disease. 

I’m wondering if a state social worker can help this elderly woman relocate to a better living situation. 

I've bought a property thought I was safe said heck i'll go tomorrow... when I walked up to the tax deed counter the lady said the woman who was in front of you was actually the owner she just paid off the taxes.... what are the chances of that happening to you not high but still....Leave no room for errors.5) don't rely on google or zillow for images try to see the property yourself.
