The city is smaller, but it's got a very large industrial presence(Texas gulf coast refineries), and I'd say the average home price is above 80k(probably around 100k, though the nicer parts of town are easily in the 150-200k range) I grew up here, and the population has been pretty steady for the last couple decades.And please, don't apologize for sounding negative.

For your application - I'd think it may be a good step to ensure the installer is aware of the presence of the material and is adequately aware/trained to handle - would be good steps to reduce exposure for your clients (both possible legal and actual).Hope this is helpful!
