Body language, facial features, & tone of voice will help get a sense of what the person you're talking to is really feeling.

And so on with letters that are touching or close in proximity.This will not help with the merged data however in comparison there is far less of that text as in the body and closing of the letter. 

Some suggestions would be to repaint, paint the brick, I would go white trim outside and a gray body, or another fairly neutral color.

No body using the infinite banking concept would ever buy life insurance simply for the death benefit.

Second side note-when it comes to STRs you have to know if your city/county/state/ whatever regulatory body will allow you to have a permit with ownership being in an LLC. 

No winner, they all sucked e.g. misspelled owner name, address, misspelling in the body of the letter, contradictions.
