Somebody has to be left holding the bag, don't let it be you.

@James Masotti There seems to be a mixed bag some homes in the neighborhood have hardwood/laminate (hard to tell from some of the photos), others have mostly carpet.

We have no debts, no home to sell, a big bag of money and plenty of income.

They don't close the bags and there often is food in these bags.

The apt was empty except two grocery bags of belongings, a mattress on the floor, and broken furniture on curb.

Since no one knows the authenticity of those liens no one with any sense is going to loan any money on it without it being sorted out.

I have had people change their minds at the very last minute, and you dont want to get left holding the bag with no money, no lease and you have lost revenue for all the time

HOWEVER, as I'm sure you've read by now, there are plenty of charlatans out there just looking to sell you whatever dressed-up dumpster fire they happen to have on hand and then leave you holding the bag.

Tampa is a mixed bag, great rental market, but would really steer away from the condos if you can pick up a townhome or SFH instead.
