Ill direct you to www.har.com and have a look a their monthly market research.  Its pretty clear the Houston market is headed down.

We are still buying, still selling and still making money.  Its all about how you buy these things and know which areas and segments to target and stay away from.

I'm surprised our market has not reacted faster, though our mid high market of 4-900k has been horrible for over a year.
