Never received one notable review on the PS3 but it was well used just based on the abuse it's taking over the last 3 years. 

Very tough to screen for a non-drug/substance abuser who starts work at 8am.  

She reinforced a though that I had in the back of my head and made me make the decision.The last thing I want a week before closing is the buyers using and abusing the house and then coming up with BS at the closing table.Thanks again and Happy Investing!

People abuse grace periods. 

This appears very problematic and ripe for abuse, because as long as the contractor doesn't exceed his rehab estimate, it appears he can accept a draw payment, reimburse himself for materials and labor, and pocket the difference.

It makes my blood boil because it is such an abused gray area.Here is what I know.... the ADA does NOT recognize emotional support animals as service animals and will not certify them. 

If it's a place the police visit a lot (domestic abuse, drugs, etc) then I'm not going to go near it.

Maybe one day the Supreme Court will reign in the abusive powers that the individual states are claiming for interstate activity.
