Our desire is to generate profits from which to funnel hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars, into the education, care, and protection of children and young adults worldwide, to fighting human trafficking and the care of orphans worldwide.

And, to top it all off, all the money being poured into that sector is from, obviously, taxpayer dollars.

As far as the recession threat, now is an amazing time to launch something of magnitude in this sector, as the Great Recession of 2008 is what caused the tiny house movement to take root.

Cell tower and data center REIT’s are going to be the top preforming sectors and if your a value investor I’d be looking at companies in the retail and hotel sectors like Store Capital or Simon Property Group.

L.A.’s residential sector may not be hit as hard as the national market because of the city’s tight housing supply.

Airbnb, with 7.7 million active listings, is a strong competitor against the 16.4 million hotel rooms worldwide.

There is such a diversity of industries here that the largest sector only accounts for roughly 13% of the total jobs.
