Entire industries like airlines, tourism, conventions, entertainment venues, gambling, theme parks, cruise ships, movie theaters and more will take months or years to recover.

I have clients shipping from $300k to $1m and all markets are competitive with multiple counter offers often above asking.  

Best case scenario, you have someone homeless or dry docking your parking lot who realizes they got caught and will roll on, worst case, you have someone with a mental/emotional attachment to your parking lot and building, that if not handled properly could intensify that in the future.

When I saw a good price on ebay and then a high shipping charge I refused to buy from that seller.Now I typically compare the out the door price when buying a car or finding a place to stay.I think most people would do the same.

My .02 is that the ship has already sailed on NWA.  

I suggest getting all the numbers together for LTR and seeing what you can improve before you jump ship.

Are there “one ship” rules in your county?

Not to mention its surrounded by old industrial factories that are abandoned, warehouses, power plants, water treatment facilities, shipping docks.
