Coming from a Marine Corps Vet who had auto insurance with them: USAA is hot garbage.

At first I will be living in the upper unit so I was considering paying the water bill as well as maybe garbage while the lower unit will pay for the water heater - for both units (which will automatically be on their bill). 

i'm not much of a beer drinker, so i pretty much left a full fridge shelf of good beer.my realtor shut that really quick for liability reasons (somebody having too many and destroying property), but enjoyed the cold water bottle on a hot day.this still worked out OKAY since my curb never had too much trash/garbage after that hot week (hint, hint)

What you do not want to do is post on FB or other social media site, Hey I am looking for cash buyer, you will get 99.9999% of garbage, All wanna b wholesalers that say they have money, they do not.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that anyone that plants trees near the property line, allowing their garbage, leaves, whatever, to fall on the neighboring property is  self centered and inconsiderate, and a few other words. 

In my rentals, rents about $1000, I don't even put dishwashers or garbage disposals because they don't get properly cared for.
