This is why we purchased the business LLC and all its assets including all booking sites, web presence, client and vendor list and transfers of all USVI legal documents such as business license, LLC, etc.....We were originally scheduled to close 8/25/17 that did not happen due to Seller not having a certificate of good standing, expired business license and the survey came back with encroachments, a neighboring fence.

They have no tax reporting requirements in the US.If you are a purely US company, with no holdings or presence in the UK, you have no reporting requirements to the British Inland Revenue Service either.I have not researched it myself, but my British friend tells me that interest earned by a UK citizen, living in the UK, but from a foreign source is not taxable in the UK, so you are not technically required to report the amount of interest paid, even to the investor, although I would think you would want to do so as a courtesy.

I have borrowers come to me who have fallen victim to this at least once a month.Please be careful - no reputable lender will EVER ask for cash before closing and will have a solid online and brick and mortal presence.
