All my artwork would go, along with the suit of armor and the full size Marilyn Monroe display.I would leave the beds, vacuum cleaner, charcoal grill, cable/wifi service, washer/dryer, the gym equipment, all my adult oriented artwork that has my contact information on it (calendars of scantily clad women doing construction work).They would need to pay the gas, elec, water, trash, sewer.

Not to mention their Reservation Manager system is worth ever penny when handling inquires, bookings, reviews, calendar and pretty much everything associated with vacation rental management.This is not to say one is better than the other.

For my understanding, I think they consider if you flip more than 1 or 2 in a calendar year, you would be considered holding to sale/flip and thus, be taxed for competing business.
