Much of the attitudes we develop over our lives in business dealings with personal property are out of bounds in real estate and especially in finance. 

Fell apart mostly because they had such a 'know it all' attitude and would have made horrible partners.Truly...hope you achieve your dream....just make yourself an invaluable partner that others want to associate with......

There are jobs in every market for people with the right attitude and real estate investments don't have to be bound by location.

I tend to have a super lax attitude toward people because of the traveling I have done believe it or not.I have been to 23 different countries and have seen and met so many different types of people I kind of just soak them in now no matter how they come, how they are or what they say.
