In SK, Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert have their own sites and SAMAView covers {almost} everyone else.In Alberta, online availability of tax assessment and property sales information is decentralized ... it seems to be left to the individual Cities/Towns/Villages or RMs ... which makes things a little more work for the investor.

Kelly, a garage door is not something i gave much thought to, but it does make a lot of sense. it may not be any more than a iron gate.even if the backside of the car port stays open to the weather, it at least closes up the front area.

Even though I was very friendly, I was also very firm on the building policies, which was really important in a 26 unit building shaped like a "U" made up of mainly tiny studios, where many of them could hear everything that was going on in the other units.
